Personal training sessions with Karl are custom tailored and evolve as the needs of his clients change. There are no cookie cutter workouts or programs. The personal training sessions utilize both G.A.S (general adaptation syndrome) and S.A.I.D ( specific adaptation to imposed demands) principles to maximize continued progress.
The first session is normally a consultation which is completely free of charge to assess the needs of the client and to ensure a proper match. After that, a biomechanical analysis is performed and any imbalances or injuries are first addressed.
