Karl provides nutritional consultations that gives results and makes sense when it comes to a client’s day to day life. The first hour consult sets the stage as the client is informed on what works and doesn’t work. Knowledge on how macro nutrients affect the body’s composition and performance is given in clear, easy to understand terms. The client is required to provide a simple food journal for the whole week that contains the following:
- Wake up (time)
- When you ate (All meals throughout the day)
- What you ate (basic general details, no measurements or overly complicated details)
- Time that you went to bed
- Water consumption.
